• Requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, intact, and with original tags.

• Returns must be in original or secure packaging.

Surfingsea Warranty Policy

With the courier’s tracking service, shipments can be monitored in real time. Surfingsea is not responsible for courier delays. If a package is lost or damaged, customers must file a claim with the courier and notify our support team.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, if items are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

Credit Card Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Maestro. To complete the payment, enter:

For returns, refunds will be issued to the same card used. Payments are secure and protected via SSL.

PayPal Payment
